The Colorado Department of Education
Provides fairly updated information about a number of grant programs for all needs.

Charter School Grant Program and RFP's
CDE will be distributing up to $3,325,000 in grant money this school year. As in recent years, grants have been awarded to new and operating charter schools for start-up needs, including libraries.

Pacific Bell Grants Page
A wealth of information about writing grants, with numerous links to other grant resources and opportunities. Not specifically oriented to libraries, but some of the links contain search engines for keyword searching.

National Endowment for the Humanities
Provides a look at past funded projects and some information on the guidelines for future applications. Grants range from about $30,000 for individual school projects to nearly $200,000 for consortia and statewide projects.

College and Research Libraries Division of ALA
A list of Federal, foundation, and technology-oriented grant and grant-writing resources available on-line. from Technology & Learning Magazine
This site offers frequently updated list of grants and contests for educators. The keyword search engine is very efficient.

Toyota TAPESTRY grant program
Offers grants to K-12 science teachers for innovative projects that enhance science education in the school and/or school district. Awards up to $10,000 provided.

A very efficient site offering writing tips, and updates of current education-related grants, awards, and contests.
